OK, our web site is too young for anything to have been 'asked frequently'!

However, putting ourselves in your shoes, here are a few of the things that we would like to know if we were you...

What is our policy on price matching?
- Good question!
- The answer is simple, just let us know where the same product is being sold for less (eg send us a link to the competing website) and, where it is evident that another authorised retailer is selling exactly the same product for less than we are, we will match their price and send you a little thankyou gift.  However, we won't price match those who may be selling second hand etc, because all our stock is brand new, carefully inspected and lovingly unpacked - always fresh and direct from the manufacturer.

What is our returns policy?
- Another good question!

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase.

However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to exchange or refund a product provided the returned product was purchased on-line and is returned in fully re-sellable condition.

Returns should be made within 7 days of delivery in original, undamaged packaging.

Returns can be made by following either of these procedures:

1. Returns via Royal Mail
Please email to tell us with the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.

We will email you back with instructions for returning by Royal Mail

2. Returns via the Country Clutter shop
Simply take your proof of purchase and the product you wish to return or exchange to the shop and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.

Please note: We will refund the standard delivery charge on orders returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt then we will refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

NB. This does not affect your statutory rights and refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalized, made-to measure/order items unless they are faulty.

In addition, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty: Personal grooming products, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, children’s soft toys, children’s clothing (other than those items returned in unopened, sealed packaging).

NB. None of the above affects your statutory rights, for example when goods are faulty, delivered outside the 30 day minimum requirement under distance selling regulations, or not as described.
