POSTAGE AND RETURNS
Delivery
At Country Clutter, we always aim to dispatch your order within 24hours of purchase. If we are unable to dispatch within 24hours we will contact you with more details.
Standard Delivery: each item is priced individually and clearly on our website, but please understand we are only able to dispatch Monday to Friday Only. Please allow 5 working days for delivery
Overseas or urgent delivery: If you wish for your purchase to be posted overseas or in a hurry, please contact us so we can arrange delivery and discuss costing with you. Please note that we cannot be liable for import taxes or additional costs which may be imposed on orders for outside the UK.
Guarantee
Our No Quibble Guarantee in addition to your statutory rights, ensures that if within 14 days you are unhappy with your purchase and provided the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened, in a resalable condition, together with your receipt, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. No problem. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
Cancellation
As part of our no quibble guarantee, please note that under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 20 00, you are entitled to a "cooling off period". You are entitled to cancel your order seven working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason.
The regulations state that we must return your money within 30 days. It is our policy that all monies will be returned within 5 working days of valid cancellation.

We recommend that your items are returned via registered mail. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that the return postage will not be refunded.
However if you return a faulty item, the postage cost will of course be reimbursed.

Acceptance of an Order
Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the dispatch point. Once the item has been dispatched to you we will confirm the order with you via the email address you provided. We reserve the right to refuse an order. In the unlikely event if there are any problems with your order such as an item currently out of stock, or a decline in payment methods we will contact you via email and/or at the contact number you provided.
